Who can apply for a CTeSP?

The following can apply to enroll in a CTeSP: a) Holders of a secondary education course or legally equivalent qualification; b) Those who have passed the specially designed assessment tests to evaluate the Over 23 year Olds’ capacity to attend higher education, taken for the course in question; c) Holders of a technological specialization diploma, holders of a professional technical course diploma or a higher education degree who wish to requalify.
