Non-compliance and incident response

As part of its responsibilities for responding to security incidents and detecting vulnerabilities, the UPB team responsible analyzes cases of non-compliance with these provisions. In each case, it notifies the infrastructure manager, the head of the respective unit and the offender, if identified, and assesses the decision to temporarily suspend access to the technological infrastructure or other measures to mitigate the impacts. In situations involving personal data, the Data Protection Supervisor is notified.
