The special competition for students who pass the specially adapted exams designed to assess the ability of people over the age of 23 to attend is open to students who, cumulatively:

- Do not hold a qualification for access to higher education;

- Hold the specially designed assessment tests to evaluate the Over 23 Olds’ capacity to attend higher education, taken at Higher Education Institutions;

- Meet the prerequisites, when required by the institution/course;

- Are not eligible for international student status.
