Applications are accepted from international students who meet the access conditions set out in Decree-Law no. 36/2014, of March 10, in its current wording:

- Holders of a qualification giving access to higher education, understood as any diploma or certificate issued by a competent authority attesting to the successful conclusion of an educational program and conferring on them the right to apply for and enter higher education in the country in which it was awarded;

- Holders of a Portuguese secondary school diploma or legally equivalent qualification.
