Through a unique partnership with Higher Education Institutions, Santander Universidades has created a programme that unites final-year students, companies and higher education institutions in Portugal. In this way, final-year students and recent graduates enjoy a three-month internship grant, entirely supported by funds made available by the Bank, in various areas of activity and parts of the country. With this programme, students complement their training by putting into practice, in a business environment, the knowledge acquired during their academic training.
