The UPB IT Services technical team never asks the user to provide a password.

A self-service mechanism will be made available for setting new passwords, which requires unequivocal proof of the User’s identity.

The user will always set/change the password at the following address https://myconfig.ccom.ipb.pt.

The use of any means other than those defined in the previous point to change the password shall be considered fraudulent and shall be immediately ignored by the user.
