Certified Training Accreditation application form, under the terms of the UPB Accreditation Regulations, duly completed;
Application transcript for Access to Higher Education; or Certificate of successful examination for those over 23; or Certificate of proof of access to the Bachelor’s Degree (for DET and DTESP);
Updated document proving last enrollment in higher education;
Certificate of curricular units taken;
Syllabus for the course(s)/study cycle(s);
For the purposes of accreditation of certified training and ranking, the programmes and workloads of each course taken must be submitted (this is not required for candidates who were UPB students);
Consented scan of identification document (with TIN).
