- Certified Training Accreditation application form, under the terms of the UPB Accreditation Regulations, duly completed;

- Certificate of conclusion with the final classification of the course/cycle of studies and curricular units detailed with the respective classification of approval;

- Syllabus for the course(s)/study cycle(s);

- For the purposes of accreditation of certified training and ranking, the programmes and workloads of each curricular unit taken must be submitted (not required for candidates who were UPB students);

- Consented scan of identification document (with TIN);

- Power of attorney, if necessary.
