Employment Fair

Every year UPB organizes a employment fair and multiple proximity recruitment events, specific to each company and technical-scientific area. These events play a crucial role in promoting the integration of students into the job market, serving as a platform where companies and organizations can interact directly with students and alumni, providing networking opportunities, internships and even actual hires. By participating in the UPB job fair, students and alumni have the opportunity to explore various careers, obtain information about the expectations of the job market and make connections with established professionals in their areas of professional interest. Workshops, lectures and information sessions are also offered at these events to help students and alumni improve their job search skills, prepare CVs and job interviews, as well as outline their individual profile and professional development.
