What vacancies are available for special competitions?

The number of vacancies for each course and for each of the types of candidates defined in the previous point is limited and set annually by the UPB. However, vacancies left over from the general regime for access to bachelor’s degrees (national competition) can also be filled up to the fixed limit, with the following precedence: a) Students coming from higher professional technical courses, DTeSP; b) Students coming from technological specialization courses, DETs; c) Students who have passed the specially designed assessment tests to evaluate the Over 23 year Olds’ capacity to attend higher education; d) Students from other special competitions and regimes for changing institution/course in higher education, with the following precedence: i) High school and university students; ii) Students applying to change institution/course in higher education.
